Since I was a kid I was fascinated by human behaviour and as I grew older I only became more curious by what makes us all tick. From the vibrant streets of Toronto to the quiet of meditation and the wisdom of books and podcasts, my pursuit was clear – to explore consciousness and help others increase self-awareness.
Carl Jung once said, 'Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.' In my journey, I've learned to say, 'it will direct your life, and you will call it free will.' Therapy, to me, is not just a profession; it's the art and science of bringing the unconscious to light, empowering you to live a life with true choice. I wanted to stop being a puppet to my unconscious, to forces I did not understand and I want to help others gain that freedom and empowerment too."
