In our sessions together, we will embark on a journey through the depths of your consciousness, uncovering insights and illuminating the narratives shaping your life. My therapies serve as gateways to freedom, crafted from a blend of EMDR, IFS, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness practices, all within a trauma-informed framework. This personalized approach acknowledges that healing is a unique journey, requiring empathy, understanding, and tailored strategies.

 

Through EMDR, we'll address and release the emotional impact of past traumas, fostering clarity and resilience. IFS enables us to explore and harmonize the various facets of your psyche, promoting deep internal healing and self-awareness. Attachment Theory helps us identify and transform patterns from early relationships, improving your current connections. Mindfulness practices are integrated into my sessions, helping you develop presence, self-compassion, and a balanced perspective in a safe and supportive environment.
